What it does

An Instagram QR code takes people straight to your profile, a post or a reel. Type your @username or paste the link copied from the app; the code points to the clean public address, without the tracking parameters Instagram adds when you share.

Print it on packaging, menus and shop counters so customers follow you without searching for the name. Phones with the Instagram app open the profile in the app; others open it in the browser.

How to use

  1. Type your @username or paste the link of the profile, post or reel.
  2. Look at the Final link: it is the clean profile address the code will open.
  3. Adjust colors to match your brand, keeping good contrast.
  4. Download or print the code and scan it once to test.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to log in to Instagram here?

No. You only type the public @username or link. Nothing asks for your password or connects to your account.

Does it work for a private profile?

The code opens the profile, but only approved followers see the posts of a private account. For promotion, a public or business profile works better.

What happens if I change my @username?

The code holds the old address, which no longer leads to you and may later be taken by another account. Create a new code with the new @username and replace the printed ones.

Why are parts of the link removed?

Links copied from the app carry tracking parameters, such as igsh. They are not needed to open the profile, so the code keeps only the clean address, which is also shorter and easier to scan.

Can I link to a single post?

Yes. Paste the link of the post or reel and the code opens it directly.

Privacy and permanence

Instagram is never contacted while you create the code: the address is built in your browser and nothing is sent to our servers. The static code lasts while your @ and the post keep the same address.
