Bulk QR code generator
Create many QR codes from a list or CSV.
Customize
The generated codes appear here, so you can check them before printing.
What it does
The bulk generator turns a list into many QR codes at once. Type one item per line or load a CSV exported from Excel or Google Sheets, choose the column with the content and, optionally, the column that names each file.
Each line is encoded exactly as written: a link, a text or content already in a standard format, such as a WIFI: string. The generator previews the codes, lists the lines it had to skip with the reason, and packs everything into a single ZIP with PNG or SVG files, ready for labels, badges or inventory tags.
Up to 500 items and 2 MB per file are processed in your browser, so the list never leaves your computer.
How to use
- Type one item per line or choose a CSV or text file.
- For CSV files, check the separator, the header and the content column.
- Check the file name column: the second column is used by default, or choose None to number the files.
- Pick PNG or SVG and review the preview and skipped lines.
- Generate the ZIP and wait for the download.
Examples
- Asset tags for every computer of a school, named by inventory number.
- One code per table of a restaurant, each opening its own order page.
- Event badges with a code for each participant profile.
Frequently asked questions
How many codes can I create at once?
Up to 500 items per batch, from a list or a file of up to 2 MB. For more, split the list into several batches.
Which CSV files are accepted?
Files saved by Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice, separated by commas, semicolons or tabs. The separator is detected automatically and accented text is read correctly.
Why were some lines skipped?
Lines that have a file name but no content, or content too long for a QR code, are skipped and listed with the line number and the reason. Blank lines are simply ignored; fix the listed lines in the file and generate again.
How are the files named?
With a name column, which is the second column by default in CSV files, each file gets that name, cleaned of characters not allowed in file names. Without one, the files are numbered in the order of the list, such as qr-001.
PNG or SVG: which should I choose?
PNG works everywhere, from documents to label printers. SVG is a vector format that stays sharp at any size, which suits print shops and design software.
Privacy and permanence
Your list or CSV file is read and turned into codes inside your browser, and the ZIP is assembled there too; nothing is uploaded. Each code is static and keeps its content for good.
