Google review QR code
Ask customers for reviews with one scan.
How to find your link
- Sign in to the Google account that manages your business and search for your business name on Google.
- In your Business Profile panel, open "Ask for reviews" (it may appear as "Get more reviews").
- Copy the link Google shows and paste it above.
No access to the profile? The "Share" link of your business on Google Maps also works, but it opens the business page and the customer still has to tap "Write a review".
Octoolbox does not access your Google account: it only turns the link you paste into a QR code, right here in your browser.

What it does
A Google review QR code takes satisfied customers straight to the place where they rate your business. Google gives every Business Profile a review link, usually starting with g.page/r/; paste it here and the code opens the review form directly.
Reviews influence how people choose restaurants, salons, clinics and shops nearby. Asking at the right moment, with the code on the receipt or the counter, makes leaving a review a ten-second task.
Follow Google’s rules when you ask: invite every customer, never offer rewards in exchange for reviews and never ask only the happy ones.
How to use
- In your Business Profile on Google, choose Ask for reviews and copy the link.
- Paste the link in the field; a Google Maps share link of your business also works.
- Open the Final link with the test button to see the review form.
- Download the code for receipts, table tents or the counter.
Examples
- A thank-you card delivered with each pizza order.
- A sign at a dental clinic reception after the appointment.
- The bottom of the receipt at a car wash.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I find my review link?
Open your Business Profile on Google Search or Maps while signed in and choose Ask for reviews or Get more reviews. Copy the link it shows, which usually starts with g.page/r/.
Do you need access to my Google account?
No. You only paste the public link. Nothing here signs in to Google or reads your profile.
What if I only have the Google Maps link?
It works, but it opens your business page and the customer still has to tap the review button. The Ask for reviews link opens the form directly, so it usually gets more reviews.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. Google’s policies forbid incentives for reviews, and Google can remove reviews obtained this way. Ask every customer openly, without rewards.
Will the code keep working?
Yes, as long as the review link of your profile stays the same. If you create a new profile, generate a new code.
Privacy and permanence
Only the link you paste goes into the code, created in your browser; your Google account is never touched and nothing is sent to our servers. The static code lasts while the review link of the profile stays the same.
